1960 – Rikidozan & Toyonobori defeated Dan Miller & Frank Valois to win the JWA All-Asia Tag Team Championship
1969 – Jose Lothario defeated Handsome Johnny Valentine to win the NWA Texas Heavyweight Championship
1973 – Dennis Stamp & Dewey Robertson defeated Rip Tyler & Eddie Sullivan to win the NWA United States (Tri-State) Tag Team Championship
1978 – Paul Jones defeated Baron Von Raschke to win the NWA Television Championship
1981 – Terry Taylor defeated Les Thornton to win the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship
1982 – Sgt. Slaughter defeated Chief Wahoo McDaniel to win the NWA United States (Mid-Atlantic) Heavyweight Championship
1993 – Bobby Blaze defeated The Dirty White Boy to win the vacant SMW Beat the Champ Television Championship
1994 – Tracy Smothers defeated Kendo The Samurai to win the SMW Beat the Champ Television Championship
1995 – The Thugs (Tony Anthony & Tracy Smothers) defeated The Dynamic Duo (Al Snow & Unabomb) to win the SMW Tag Team Championship. Amazingly, this was the only change in the history of the titles that did not involve either The Rock 'n' Roll Express or The Heavenly Bodies
2003 – Rocky Reynolds defeated Brother Love to win the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship
