1979 – The Blond Bombers (Larry Latham & Wayne Farris) defeated Jerry 'The King' Lawler & Superstar Bill Dundee to win the AWA Southern Tag Team Championship

1980 – Sangre Chicana defeated Cachorro Mendoza to win the NWA World Middleweight Championship

1982 – King Kong Bundy is awarded the vacant NWA American Heavyweight Championship after previous champion Fritz Von Erich retires

1990 – Hollywood John Tatum defeated Superstar Bill Dundee to win the USWA Southern Heavyweight Championship

1992 – "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert defeated Jerry 'The King' Lawler to win the USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship

1996 – Brickhouse Brown defeated Bart Sawyer to win the vacant USWA Television Championship
