Cactus Jack and Mikey Whipwreck (subbing for Terry Funk) defeat Public Enemy in Philadelphia PA to win the ECW World Tag Team championship.
They would hold the belts for 70 days before losing the belts back to Public Enemy at the November to Remember PPV on November 5th 1994.
