The Smoking Gunns

(Billy and Bart Gunn)

Won their first WWF tag team titles on January 23rd 1995 edition of RAW by defeating The 1-2-3 Kid and Bob Holly.  They held the titles for 69 days before losing to Owen Hart and Yokozuna at Wrestlemania XI in Hartford CT, April 2nd 1995.

The 2nd title reigned started with a defeat of champions Owen Hart and Yokozuna on the September 25th edition of RAW from Grand Rapids MI.   They held the belts this time for 143 days before having to vacate the titles due to Billy's neck injury.  

The Smoking Gunns 3rd and final tag team title reign started May 26th 1996 when they defeated the Godwinns at the In Your House : Beware of the Dog  PPV in Florence SC.   They defended the belts for 119 days until losing on September 22nd 1996 to The British Bulldog and Owen Hart at the In Your House : Mind Games PPV in Philadelphia Pa.

1972 – Handsome Johnny Valentine defeated Billy Red Lyons to win the NWA American Heavyweight Championship

1988 – Kevin & Kerry Von Erich and Michael P.S. Hayes defeated Buddy "Jack" Roberts, Iceman King Parsons & Kamala (subbing for Terry "Bamm Bamm" Gordy) to win the WCWA World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. This would be the final reign for the title before being abandoned later in the year

  • As per a pre-match stipulation Page was forced to leave WCW; had he won he would have regained the services of Kimberly as his manager and the remainder of a $16 million lottery prize he had won the year before.
  • Kimberly then joined forces with the Booty Man and became known as the Booty Babe.
• The Giant (with Jimmy Hart) defeated Loch Ness (2:34)
  • Giant pinned Loch Ness after a Leg drop.
  • As per a prematch stipulation, Giant received a WCW World Heavyweight Championship shot on the following night's Nitro.
• Sting and Booker T defeated The Road Warriors (Hawk and Animal) in a Chicago Street Fight (29:33)
  • Booker pinned Hawk after Stevie Ray interfered and hit Hawk with a steel chair.
• The Mega Powers (Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage) defeated The Alliance to End Hulkamania (Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Meng, The Barbarian, Lex Luger, The Taskmaster, Z-Gangsta and The Ultimate Solution) (with Woman, Miss Elizabeth and Jimmy Hart) in a Doomsday Cage match (25:16)
  • Savage pinned Flair after Luger "accidentally" punched Flair with a glove.
  • The object of the match was to record the fall in the bottom cage's ring, which was separate from the ring used for the rest of the event.

 In a King of the Ring tournament semifinal match, Steve Austin pinned Marc Mero (with Sable) after the Stone Cold Stunner. During the match, a kick from Mero busted open Austin's lip. After the match, Austin went to a local hospital and received 16 stitches to close the wound.
- In the other King of the Ring tournament semifinal, Jake Roberts defeated Vader (with Jim Cornette) by disqualification, when Vader grabbed the referee and pulled him into Roberts as Roberts hit the DDT. Vader attacked Roberts after the match, hitting him with several Vader Bombs.
- WWF Tag Team Champions The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart (with Sunny)) defeated The Godwinns (Henry and Phineas (with Hillbilly Jim)), when Billy pinned Phineas after Bart hit Phineas with one of his boots, to retain the title.
- The Ultimate Warrior pinned Jerry Lawler after a flying tackle, after no-selling Lawler's piledriver.
- Mankind defeated The Undertaker (with Paul Bearer) by referee stoppage with the Mandible Claw, after Bearer accidentally hit Taker with the urn.
- Ahmed Johnson pinned WWF Intercontinental Champion Goldust (with Marlena) with the Pearl River Plunge to win the title, ending Goldust's second reign.
- Steve Austin pinned Jake Roberts after the Stone Cold Stunner to win the King of the Ring tournament. As Roberts was helped backstage, Austin was interviewed by Dok Hendrix, where Austin coined his most famous slogan: "Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your ass."
- WWF Champion Shawn Michaels (with José Lothario) pinned The British Bulldog (with Jim Cornette and Diana Smith) after Sweet Chin Music to retain the title. Mr. Perfect was the referee outside the ring.

  • Badd pinned Page after a Tombstone Piledriver.
  • As per the pre-match stipulations, Badd's victory resulted in him winning Page's remaining lottery money of $6.6 million for the Doll, as well as retaining her services as a valet.
• Sting and Lex Luger defeated Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray) to retain the WCW World Tag Team Championship (11:49)
  • Luger pinned Stevie Ray after Road Warrior Animal interfered and attacked Stevie Ray.
• Konnan defeated One Man Gang to retain the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship (7:27)
  • Konnan pinned OMG after Top Rope Senton Bomb.
• The Taskmaster defeated Brian Pillman in an "I Respect You" Strap match (1:36)
  • The match ended after Brian Pillman said "I respect you, Booker Man!"
• Arn Anderson fought The Taskmaster to a no-contest (3:45)
  • The match ended when Ric Flair came out and convinced both men to stop fighting each other.
• WCW World Tag Team Champions Sting and Lex Luger fought The Road Warriors (Animal and Hawk) to a double countout (13:56)
  • The match ended when all four men were counted out, Sting and Luger retained the titles.
  • The Road Warriors earned the match by virtue of Luger and Sting's victory earlier in the evening.
• Ric Flair (with Woman) defeated Randy Savage (with Miss Elizabeth) in a Steel Cage match to win the WCW World Heavyweight Championship (18:52)
  • Flair pinned Savage after Miss Elizabeth turned on Savage by allowing Flair to hit him with one of her high heel shoes.
• Hulk Hogan defeated The Giant (with Jimmy Hart and The Taskmaster) in a Steel Cage match (15:04)
  • Hogan escaped the cage.
