November 6th 1998 the ECW tag team titles changed hands.
The team of Balls Mahoney and Masato Tanaka had won the belts 5 days earlier in Cleveland OH at the November To Remember PPV by defeating Buh Buh Ray and Devon Dudley.This was the rematch in New York City and first title defense for Mahoney and Tanaka.
