This was from Clash of Champions 24 held in Daytona Beach.
He was supposed to be a scary monster of a man who tip the balance in favor of Sting and Davey Boy Smith's team at the WarGames that year. Instead he became a joke and the most embarrassing entrance of any wrestler EVER!
He tripped coming out of the "wall" he was behind as he busted through it and his "mask" fell off since it was the cheapest piece of material they could find and it was a glittered and painted storm trooper mask.
