The categories and nominees for the Slammy Awards, taking place tonight
were announced yesterday. Nine categories in total were revealed and these
are: "Superstar of the Year" with nominees John Cena, Randy Orton, CM Punk
and The Undertaker; "Breakout Star Of The Year" with nominees Yoshi Tatsu,
Drew McIntyre, Sheamus and Abraham Washington; "Tag Team Of The Year" with
nominees D-Generation X, Chris Jericho & Big Show, Hart Dynasty and Legacy;
"Guest Host Of The Year" with nominees Seth Green, Bob Barker, Shaquille
O'Neal and The Osbournes; "Extreme Moment Of The Year" with nominees Kofi
Kingston lands a Boom Drop on Randy Orton at MSG, Big Show choke slams John
Cena into arena spotlight at Backlash, Jeff Hardy jumps from ladder onto CM
Punk at SummerSlam and Triple H invades Randy Orton's home; "Shocker of the
Year" with nominees Batista turning on Rey Mysterio, Randy Orton DDT's
Stephanie McMahon, Jeff Hardy retires thanks to CM Punk and Sheamus drives
Mark Cuban through a table; "Match Of The Year" with nominees Jeff Hardy vs
Edge in a Ladder match at Extreme Rules, Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels at
WrestleMania XXIV; John Cena vs Randy Orton in an I Quit match at Breaking
Point; Team RAW vs Team Smackdown at Bragging Rights; "Oh My Moment Of The
Year" with nominees Chris Masters performs special dancing pecs routine for

vomits on Chris Jericho at Smackdown's 10th Anniversary and Santino Marella
accidentally nails Vickie with a pie; "Diva Of The Year" will also be
